Oneal F. Russell, Jr., DDS
Dr. Russell received his B.S. degree in Biology from Lynchburg College. After graduate study at the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland Dental School. A Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, he has been in private practice since 1975. A native Annapolitan, Dr. Russell is a second generation dentist and third generation health care provider. His family has had the proud distinction of serving the medical and dental needs of the Annapolis community for over 100 years. He and his wife Maria have two sons, Oneal III and Joe.

Oneal F. Russell, III, DDS
Dr. Russell, III, received his B.S. degree in Neuroscience from Washington and Lee University. After graduate study in Physiology at the Medical College of Virginia, he earned his DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery. Dr. Russell, III completed a Residency program at the VA hospital in Baltimore where he had the distinction of serving as Chief Resident. During residency, Dr. Russell underwent additional training in Cosmetic procedures, Implant placement surgery and Implant restoration. He lives in Annapolis with his wife Jessica, an OB/GYN with Chesapeake Women's Care and their baby daughter.
